The Foster's Pond Corporation was incorporated
in 1939 as a non-profit organization to preserve and protect Foster's
Pond, promote a sense of
community among those living in the vicinity of the Pond, and maintain
the dam which regulates the water flow out of the Pond.
In 2005, the Corporation adopted new
Articles of Organization establishing it as charitable
organization. At the same time, the Corporation adopted new
By-Laws opening its membership to the general public.
The Corporation is exempt from Federal income
tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Contributions to the Corporation are tax-deductible.

by check or online. Individual memberships are $25/year, and
family
memberships are $40. Or, become a Sustaining Member by
contributing $100.
